Every Naked Wear tee is printed to order — made just for you when you place your order. Because each piece is one-of-one for its owner, we handle returns a little differently.
No returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please use the size guide before ordering and double-check your selection at checkout.
Misprints & damaged items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it — free of charge. No need to ship the original back.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and delivery date.
- We’ll confirm and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days after shipping, reach out via our replacement form and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
